Form DIR -2

Dear Professional Colleagues ,

 

Now , under CA 2013, we have to file form Dir -2 which is the consent of the director to act as the director of the company.

 

Form Dir-12 states that Form Dir-2 should be attached towards consent of a director to act as a director.

 

However , form Dir-2 is not listed in the forms to be downloaded in the MCA website.

 

Where is the form available and can any colleague please forward the same.
