Form 11 LLP

Hello All,

The MCA V3  Faqs related to Form 11 state that "  The user can change the details till the time payment has been made for any form". However on scrolling right , in My Application tab" I am unable to see "Edit" option to make corrections in the form. It only shows Payment pending .

Also some of the details which were present in the original web form 11 are not seen in the downloaded pdf Form 11. Has any one faced such an issue?

While filing form 11 of the LLP on V3 Portal, I am facing the following issues:-

1.       I want to change the email Id of the LLP, but the ID is prefilled on point no. 3 (f) of Form 11. How to change it?

2.       There are total three individual designated partner in my LLP, but in point no. 9 of the form three is prefilled under the head ‘LLP’ and according to me, it should be prefilled under the head ‘Individual’.

Does anyone face the same issue?

In my case, webform 11 is prefilling correctly, but when I am downloading PDF to affix DSC many fields disappear like:

1. LLPIN although name is coming

2. In fields of details of LLPs and Companies with which partner is associated, only LLPIN & CIN is coming names are not coming

3. Partner resident or not not clicked in PDF

4. Attachments are not coming in PDF.

Yes you register as a busines user on MCA Portal V3 and web based form filed then download and attached dsc and submit where from u download the form

It's supposed to be filled on the portal, save & download for affixing DSC & then upload it. Similar to the way you upload SPICe+ form.

I am filing the form. But after entering LLPIN only name and address is prefilled.

Even after selecting business from drop down menu object are not prefilled.

Also the number of Partner are not prefilling

Hello,

Check, whether you have chose the financial year or not. 

If that doesn't work, start fresh till the info gets pre filled.

It happened with me also initially. Don't worry. Keep trying using different browsers & see which one works best for you. Delete all temporary files, caches & enable pop-ups.

I have filed the form but some field didn't get prefilled but I have downloaded the same and there is SRN as well.

Now i have filed new form and everything got prefilled but the system is showing a pop up that

Annual filing form can be filled only twice but previous one is not getting edited what to do.

Dear Roma,

While doing these annual filings under V3, just check whether the details on the portal are prefilled correctly. If yes, then save & download the form. If you find any discrepancies in the form (after downloading), ignore the same, affix the DSC & upload it. This is what the MCA helpdesk team said that it will get reflected correctly on their system as the errors which you observe in the form are due to some technical issues from their side.

But actually when I have filled another one and it's perfectly ok but the pop up appeared only 2nd time u can file annual filing form

You can modify (edit) the form as many times as you want. Because I edited it many times. However, once you upload the form, then the system will not allow you to upload the same form for the same LLP again.

Same thing happened in one of my LLP.

you needed to wait for them to cancle SRN.

Then only you can file new form 11 for the same LLP.

Good that you successfully uploaded the form.

I think in Roma's case, either it might be a technical error or they changed the system is something I'm unable to make out. Just keep trying & also speak with the helpdesk as to why the same is not working. They may help you.

The third one i have submitted and downloaded for DSC but some editing is required but I am unable to do

And for the same company I have again filled the forms and the pop up is saying u can only file Form 11 revised once??

Yes you can only submit once and after 15 days and cancellation of srn you can submit the new form.

No it will automatically cancel after 15 days. In my case the srn is cancelled in the 17th day.

V3  Login not such easy one and i am struggling for the last 15 days and no user friendly and there are not coming with any solution for the business user.  Spoke to help desk and also spoke to our colleagues.  Finally i have written a detailed mail to the Secretary  Ministry of Corporate Affairs attaching all error messages. This is final one  Hope i can get some resolution

1) Form 11 online shows all details of llp/ company the DIN is associated with but after downloading its not seen in the Form. So I can proceed and upload if it's shown correctly on the portal while filling the form?

2) Incase of form 3&4 , agreements gets attached online but after downloading unable to view them. Can I proceed with uploading ?
