Dear Members,

Can anyone help on clarity for Photo required in Form INC-20, INC-22 & MGT-7

As per Form INC-20A

*Photograph of Registered Office showing external building and inside
office also showing therein at least one director/ KMP who has affixed his/her Digital
Signature to this form.- EXTERNAL BUILDING WHAT TO BE CONSIDERD BUILDING EXTERNAL OR PREMISES EXTERNAL?

As per Form MGT-7
