Dear Prem Ji,

For LLP Agreement Stamp Paper worth Rs. 100/- is sufficient, irrespective of the place of execution. It has been clarified by the Registrar of LLP office.

Hello Sir,

In the Month of June, 2010 I completed my 15 days training wtih LLP office. During that period Mr. Santosh Kumar, Registrar of LLP briefed me about the Stamp Paper required for LLP Agreement. After that I incorporated 5 LLPs using stamp paper of Rs. 100/- without any objection. Since he personally told me about that, I dont have any related document in writing.

Dear all,
It has been clearified on many occasions that the stamp duty on LLP
Agreements shall be similar to the stamp duty applicable to
partnership deeds.
