SRN treated invalid and not taken on record

Dear Members,

We have filed for an incorporation of a company for conversion of partnership firm to a company during the month of August, 2016 and paid a fees of Rs.16.34 lacs as fees and at all resubmission stages we have submitted relevant information and the last resubmission was done on 06-10-2016, however yesterday we have received email that as follows:

rescribed information in prescribed form is not attached as per Rule 16 of Companies Incoproration Rules, 2014. The applicant has used the maximum chances of resubmission. Hence Form is not taken on record.

and in the compliant raised we have been advised to file fresh form for incorporation. 

Hence Now at this stage what is the recourse available to us 

Whether the Said SRN can be activated and the company could be approved 

Or 

what is the process of refund of the fees paid and how to refile the new eform without payment of fees

What is the experience of the members like this case and advise

The said srn cannot be activated. These days they are at CRC no reopening the form. You therefore advised to fill refund form and upload the same. Also advised to file fresh form for incorporation. You can call for any help.
