Allotment of shares - other than cash

I shares are alloted for property like land,then what is the procedure for the same.

Please note that the share are alloted to the promoter's of the company for considerations other than cash .i.e property.

 

Please let me know the procedure for the same.

Dear friend, 

you need to file two form in this regard.

Form 2 : As usual return of allotment.

Form 3: for consideration other than cash. 

Here u need to take print out of first page of Form 3 and it needs to be franked with an amount of Rs. 100/- and that needs to be attached in Form 2.
