FORM 3 LLP

Dear All,

In case of Additional capital brought in by PARTNERS OF LLP, as per LLP Agreement wherein a clause for additional capital is given (without specific amount), is Supplemental LLP agreement needed for filing Form 3??

Or only resolution of partners is enough for Form 3?

Or any other formalities / Forms needed??

Yes Supplementary Llp agreement is required and the additional capital is to be mentioned along with the initial capital contribution and if the new partner is bringing capital or there is change in the partners proportion of profit sharing then form 4 needs to be filed alongwith form 3 of llp

ok.

There is no new partner coming in and also no change in profit sharing.

Only the existing partners are bringing additional capital.

So I think FORM 3 is only needed and not Form 4.
