Job Description

Eligibility Criteria:

-ACS with minimum two years of post qualification experience in Company law & Secretarial matters, FEMA and SEBI Regulations

-Additional qualification of LLB/CA/CWA though not mandatory but shall be an added advantage

-Should be thorough in procedures and all routine Secretarial functions.

-should be well versant with MCA e-filing, drafting of documents including MOA and AOA, etc.

- Conduct of board & General meetings

-Interacting with statutory bodies, ROC and various other intermediaries
