Stamp Duty on  LLP Agreement would be Rs 5,000.  Options for payment of Stamp Duty are
1) ESBTR - obtained from select branches of IDBI, PNB, Bank of Maharashtra
2) Franking upto Rs 5000 on single document is permitted through certain cooperative banks like Thane Bharat Sahakari & other
3) using non judicial stamp papers - Rs 500 * 10

The date on first page of LLP agreement should be on / after the date of issue of ESBTR / franking / stamp paper

Notarization is not compulsory if both the witness are professionals like CS, CMA or CA. Else Notary with Notarial Register serial number number & date should be obtained.  Again date on  first page of LLP agreement  should be same as date of notarization.  There should not be a mismatch.

Error from my side in earlier update.

Stamp Duty will be Rs 10,000 (1% of contribution).  Hence going in for ESBTR would be advisable.
Franking is not possible for more than 5K and 20 stamp papers would be required.
