Not showing Director`s Detals in the Masterdata of the Company

Dear Members,

There is one Company which did not filed its Annual Returns and Financial Statements since 2005. Now, in the Master Data, the directors details is not showing.

Now we want to Strikeoff of the name of the Company but due to not showing of director`s details we cannot file the Strikeoff application to the Registrar. 

Can anyone suggest what we can do in this case.

Dear CS friends,

Before year 2006, physical filings used to be in existence and therefore, may be at the time of migration, the data of Directors didn't migrate.

I suggest, pls raise a complaint at MCA and make changes in Master Data, only then, you would be able to file Striking off.

Issue a ticket or complaint and on better side you can send an e-mail to MCA for updating the system corresponding to the company.

I have also raised a ticket for the same cause and it got solved.

File Form DIR 3C with ROC requesting for updating the Master data.

Once the ROC approved the from the signatory details and Master data will update automatically.
