Can u please forward how many days  notice we have to give for AGM of a private limited company under CA 2013

With regard to notice of AGM is concerned, clear 21 days notice is required as per Section 101(1) read with section 136(1) and physical copy of financials needs to be despatched under rule 11(c) of Accounts Rules,2014.

 

However, AGM can be held at shorter notice if consent by 95% of Members(but not shareholding) as per Proviso to Section 101(1)
