Time Gap between two calls

Dear All

 

I want to know the minimum time gap between two calls on shares.for a pvt ltd co

Our Articles exclude the table A clause, which says  “Provided that no call shall exceed one forth of the nominal value of the shares or be payable at less than one month from the date fixed for the payment of the last preceding call”

 

Kindly provide me with ur views.
