ERROR WHILE FILLING - ADT-3

Dear Members,

 I am trying to upload ADT-3 for resignation of auditor, every time in upload, it shows error given below, if anyone faced same problem, please resolve it . What should i do?

Following errors have occured in the prescrutiny. Please click >> to view the errors.
		The Auditor is not associated with the company.

I think when GNL-2 were filed for appointment of auditors and those form doesn't update the records in registry. Check whether ADT-1 or 23B is filed or not.

Pl. insert in form ADT-3 at point no. 4 (c) the Membership Number and try to upload...............If not,

 

then pl. insert Auditors Firm Registration Number, and try to upload ............your problem will be solve.

We have updated GNL-2 before ADT form was released by ROC.. and they are approved now.. still do we need to file ADT-3

I FACED THE PROBLEM WHILE UPLOADING ADT-3, AND ITS RESOLVED BY MCA HELPDESK ITSELF, THEY SAID THAT ADT 3 DETAILS SHOULD EXACTLY MATCH WITH DETAILS GIVEN IN LATEST 23B/ADT 1 FILED EARLIER FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF THAT AUDITOR.
