I uploaded the Form AOC-4 but additional fee was 10 times, even MGT-7 is to be filed within 60 days of AGM and AOC-4 is to be filed within 30 days of AGM it is opposite situation......

absolutely ridiculous situation MCA plz work properly...

Prior to 27.03.2016, Prescrutiny within Forms was permissible in case of Annual Filing only, all other Forms’ Prescrutiny was to be done after Logging In. Any change now?

"DSC is not registered with 16235 on MCA Portal, pls register the DSC"

But the DSC of the PCS is already registered before, do we have to update it?
