V3 - change in email id / mobile of business user

Dear members

We are trying to register a DIN holder as a business user on the v3 portal. The email id mentioned against his DIN is that of his previous employer, which is now deleted.  Is it possible in anyway to change it or we have to request the helpdesk to change it via ticket. If anyone managed to changed the prefilled email id / mobile, kindly guide.

I think if there's any change in the personal data of DIN holder, he/she need to file DIR 3 KYC to incorporate such changes.

We filed the DIR-3 KYC at the time of V2 portal for change of Mobile no. and email id. But currently it is shown wrong mail id, I raised the ticket but no resolution received.

One can also try the following method -
Log into V3 portal
Profile update
Edit the email id and save it.

OTP will be required (phone + email id)

But the problem is that email id is not working.

you need to file a DIR-3 KYC in order to get the mail changed. The only way we can change the Director Mobile Number and mail id.

If you have filed DIR-3 KYC with the Required Mail id and mobile number, please raise a ticket to mca and attach the DIR-3 KYC Form in that ticket they will update the details.

If the email id mentioned against the DIN is no longer valid, you would need to request the MCA helpdesk to change it.

 

Raise a ticket with the MCA helpdesk explaining the situation and request for a change in the email id.

 

Provide necessary documentation such as identity proof, new email id, and proof of relationship with the DIN holder to support your request etc..

Even I have a problem, unable to receive OTP while creating a business user id as ISD code of mobile number is wrongly shown in the director's database. Need to correct the mobile number to receive the OTP to register as a business user.

How to file DIR3kyc now? business user registration is not completed yet. Please advise

For the DIN holder, we first created a Registered User with the existing mobile number & new email id.   Then changed the role to Business User Role by inputting his DIN & validating his PAN.  It worked today.  The DIN holder now has a business user login id with the new email id 
We had tried the same steps on this Sunday, but we were unable to create the Registered User on that day.
