I HAVE GOT RESUBMISSION FOR STK-2.

AT THE TIME OF PRESCRUTINY ERROR SHOWS 

" there are e form(s) (other than compliant e form) work items open or are pending for the payment of fee against company. filing of form is not allowed."

please understand me this query.

Please check whether you have already uploaded the form and payment is due.  In case it is so, please cancel the SRN and then try to upload.

Sir, I have not any forms pending for payment.  how can i find?

Please login to mca site and check track srn status for the period, when you have tried to upload it.  May be while uploading there may be network issue.

This can also happen if anyone tries to download the company documents and further not paid the challan. So better visit ROC. They tell you the SRN which is pending for payment/cancel.

assuming all the filing of the company is done through your login ID till date.
login to your account go to my workspace
there you will find the list of companies select the CIN number of the company for which you are filling the form.
all the filing through your login will be listed there see the payment of which SRN is pending

STK-2 RESUBMISSION PROBLEM

 

ABC PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U88888AA2010PTC088888) -

against this Company we filed all Pending Returns and Paid the SRNs Amounts.

 

We filed STK-2 also Vide SRN: H88888888 on 09.09.2019.

 

Now, STK-2 Came for Resubmission.

 

While resubmitting the STK-2 the pre-scritiny error showing as  "There are eForms or work items are open; or pending for Payment of fee against the Company."

 

1.                   We verified the Annual Filings link and ensured that all the challans are paid.

2.                   We verified through ROC Office also, they confirmed that there is no un-paid challans.

3.                   We already raised Complaint on MCA, but not giving proper solution. Our re-submission date is coming to close. Is there any fast way.?

4.                   We tried with New Downloaded Form etc etc.,

 

Plz if anyone got the solutions Plz let me know.

My Issue was closed by MCA Helpdesk on repeat complaints. 

Resubmitted the STK-2 Form successfully.

check whether the DPT-3 filed is Recieved or Pending for Approval

visited ROC and uploded form.

there was error because of DPT form was not approved.

I am not able to file Form STK-2 for striking off as DPT-3 is Pending for Approval.

Any way out possible.
