I really like the interface of the CSMenu. I was wondoring if you could tell us what program you used to make the menu. I would like to give it a go. All credit would go to you.

I believe the CSMenu is written in C# or other .NET language. I think I saw a message on some forum from the original author with a link to the source code.
If you want to play with the code of a classic start menu, check out my project http://sourceforge.net/projects/classicshell/ All the source code is included. It is written in C++, using Visual Studio 2008, standard edition.
