Bug in 1.2 ?

CS 1.2 does not appear to be looking in the C:\ProgramData\Microsoft
\Windows\Start Menu directory for items (both shortcuts or folders).
Personally, I have 3 folders in this directory named
"Apps","Internet", & "Utilities" where I put virtually all of the
program shortcuts.

Doing this leaves the Programs menu item for "Windows only" stuff -
making things very organized.
However, when I start up CSMenu, these 3 folders are nowhere to be
found...
