Docking Problem

I use Digsby and i usually "dock" my buddy list to the right side of
the screen.
However, when I do this, CSMenu sticks to it so my start menu shows up
on the right side.
If I undock it, it starts to show up in the correct place.
Can you guys find a way to fix this?
