Where is CSMenuConfigure.exe on 1.2 ?

Reading de the docs here http://www.csmenu.com/CSMenu%20v0.9%20Documentation.zip
, on page 2 and 3 apears the "CSMenuConfigure.exe" but on the 1.2 i
can't find it on the "settings_files" folder.

Using Windows 7 Professional 32 Bits

csmenu_setup.exe (1.2) freeware

And also having many of this
