SYNOPSIS: | ||
Internal Quality Audits ensure that projects and various functions are compliant to the standard defined processes in organization. Internal Quality Audits also help in triggering continual improvement of processes within the organization. Internal auditors should be rightly equipped with the desired skills and expertise so that they can perform internal audits effectively within the organization. This workshop on Internal Quality Audit targeted at both IT and non-IT working professionals cover comprehensive discussions on concepts and importance of audits along with its execution methodology. It will benefit the large organisation as equally to SMEs and other organisation and Independent Professionals conducting all types of audits. The mode of learning in the workshop will be practically supported with group exercises, quizzes and sample case studies with real-life scenarios on problem areas spanning various industries. As key take-away from the workshop, the participants will be able to apply the principles of Internal Auditing for catalyzing process improvements in the organizations in accordance with their business objectives. Prerequisites: | ||
This workshop is targeted for all members (from IT and non-IT) covering Functional Heads, Project Managers, Team Leads, Developers, Testers, Quality Assurance and Internal Audit Professionals. There are no specific pre-requisites for attending this program. | ||
Speakers: | ||
Mayank Dalal : Mayank Dalal has overall experience of around 14 years in the IT Industry and works as Senior Manager at Capgemini India since 2003. Mayank heads the SEPG function and overall LEAN – Six Sigma Improvement Program at Capgemini India. Mayank has been extensively involved in driving several Process Consultancy assignments with clients across Europe and USA. Mayank is an Engineering Graduate from Mumbai University and certified as Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA), ITILv3 Foundation and LEAN - Six Sigma Black Belt. He has participated as Appraisal Team Member in CMMI appraisals at Capgemini India and been trained as auditor for quality models (ISO 9001:2008, ISO 20000, AS9100 and TL9000). Sanjib Ghosal : Sanjib has overall 12+ years experience in the IT Industry and works as Quality Manager at Capgemini India since 2008. He is a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 and leads Process trainings as well as LEAN – Six Sigma initiatives at Mumbai operations in Capgemini India. Sanjib had also spent significant time on various overseas assignments specifically in London, Dublin, and Paris in his previous organizations. Sanjib is Physics Honors Graduate from Calcutta University (CU), MSTAT from ISI, Kolkata, and post-graduate diploma in Energy management from IISWBM (CU). He is also a certified PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt and attended “Train the Trainer” from Dale Carnegie Training Institute, Mumbai. | ||
