AMR codec not working on Android Nougat

Hello,
I compiled the CSipSimple open-source code and installed the application on android nougat. Since i wanted only AMR codec so the same is hard-coded in the code. After Installing the application on android nougat phone, it is showing "Unauthorised access to libstagefright" issue when i am trying to connect any call.
How can i resolve this issue. Please help.
