csipopt source code updated and new release 0.9 published

Dear listers,

To facilitate csipopt usage I have now included a VS 2010/.NET 4 solution in the GitHub source code repository. At the same time, I have updated the Google Code featured downloads to include the latest changes, and I have added an archive of pre-built DLL:s for debug and release mode, x86 and x64 platforms.

Please feel free to try these updates out, and if you encounter any issues, do not hesitate to contact me e.g. via the discussion group.

I have to admit that I have not seriously attempted to build and run an x86 library before, but when I first did I immediately experienced PInvoke problems. I then realized I had to specify CallingConvention.CDecl in the [DllImport] decorations in the Ipopt.cs file. Looking at the csipopt adaptation in Morten Bakkedal's excellent automatic differentiation and numerical optimization library FuncLib further convinced me that this was the right thing to do.
