I get an error on the following line:
m_problem = CreateIpoptProblem(n, p_x_L, p_x_U, m, p_g_L, p_g_U,
nele_jac, nele_hess, 0,
m_eval_f, m_eval_g, m_eval_grad_f,
m_eval_jac_g, m_eval_h);
Have you seen this and know how to solve it?

I found the problem. I specified the dll by full path and everything
worked.

I am glad to hear that you were able to solve the problem. If the Ipopt DLL is placed in a different directory, and this directory is not included in the system path, you would most probably experience a Dll not found exception. Is this the scenario you were facing?
