Hi Guys,
By way of introduction I am a Senior Recruitment Consultant with a Hong Kong based Technology search firm and I specialize in recruiting across the High Frequency, Algorithmic and Quant Trading space.
I am writing to you all to understand if any of you would be interested in exploring a role in this space at the moment.
High frequency, Algorithmic and Quant Trading as a sector is still in its nascent stage in India. Having said that, the last few years India has seen a lot of talent now repatriating back to the country to setup boutique shops providing an opportunity which was non existent earlier. Financial technology has a strong presence in India but most of it is in the middle or backend technology/office space. Due to this reverse brain drain, there has been a considerable increase in technology jobs that offers the bright tech community in the country to work on top notch true blue front office roles. However, these jobs have a very precise requirement and employer’s refrain from broadcasting them on public job portals. This is primarily due to the demanding requirement of the job and to avoid wastage of time on sub par profiles.
My current experience as a front office technology specialist puts me on vantage point wherein I leverage my network and personal relations to provide you with some of the most tailor made roles that technically fit your bill. I am currently working with a bunch of top notch Algorithmic Trading, High Frequency Trading, Data Science and Quant Hedge funds across NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore & Hyderabad and I'm in search for candidates from the top IIT's in India with a background in Computer Science or Mathematics and Computing for roles with these firms that span across Technology, Quant, Starts, Machine Learning & Natural Language Processing and Data Analytics.
