CSI CHS website/file sharing options

Here are the options I've been thinking about so far for a chapter
website.

-CSIWSE - no response, tried one last time

-Go traditional, pay for a URL, develop own HTML pages - what editor,
FrontPage or Publisher or some other?

-Google Sites? - good options for permissions

-Google Docs? - only good if can integrate w/ google sites - but it
does handle multi-session edits VERY well - good for member roster.
Just how can we get people easily from chapter leaders site over to
the google docs location? does everyone have to have a google account
to make this work?

*-either or both of the above but with just ONE user account that we
all share ??? not the best as people move on maybe - a long list of
people will have access. or just change the password every 3-4 years
and announce that to current leaders? WORKS WELL, EXCEPT websense is
not too keen on the idea.

*what about using google groups? - (as you can see, we're testing this
now.)

-need a wiki & blog somehow, Dawson told me about a new one the specs
dept might use, could turn out to be good for the chapter too...

-Does CSI have a new ftp option? or website ideas in general - there
is probably a whole huge document on this somewhere on their website.
