Solution for Issue 170: LIKE operator and Chinese character(s)

Hi everybody,

I am new to the group and hope my fix for issue 170 will be helpful for the project.

Noah, in your note under issue 151 (also Chinese character related), you say that you included the patch in the current release, however, when I cloned the project with hg clone I still got the unfixed version of file tokenize_c.cs. Am I missing something?

I recommend to fix 151 and 170 at the same time since both address problems with multibyte characters.

I am looking forward to learning more about C#-SQLite in this group, especially I'd like to know more about your experience with the library in real life projects!

I added it into the work I was doing on 3.7.11;

It need to be backported into the 3.7.7.1 tree. I'll try and get to that
in the next week.
