csexwb2 subsribe to running IE (BHO)

BHO: In "SetSite" I have a pointer/IwebBrowser2 object to the running
IE instance.

I want the csexwb2 wrapper to take this pointer/object and then I want
to subscribe to the events.

I think it will be possible. In the source code of csexwb there's the
"CreateInternalWB". Do I have to modify this Sub? How?
