Selection process:

- Online Test: 2.15 hours

- Critical Incident reporting & Employment application form filling – 45 mins (The participants has to fill in the Critical Incidents ‘Interviewee Form’ just after the online Test, in the same location.)

- Group Interview (GI): 30 mins per batch of 10 no’s

- Technical interview : 30- 45 Mins each

- Critical / HR Interview :30- 45 Mins each

- Sharing of results at the end of the process
