Designation: 

1) Customer Service / Sr. Customer Service Executives (Client:Healthcare products and  services Client, US Voice Process – AR Caller) - 0 to 3 years

2) Semi Voice – 1+yrs Experience. 

Job Location: Chennai

 Venue:  PurpleproInfotech, No.469-C, 1st Floor, Kalki Nagar, Peelamedu, Opp:ESSO Bunk Bus Stop, Coimbatore - 641004  (Near SugunaKalyanaMandapam , Beside Anjaneyar Temple) 

 

 Date:  September 2nd& 3rd

 

Timings: 10 am

Qualification: Any Graduate (BE/ B.Tech / Arts and Science-Any stream) / Under Graduate (Required with proper Degree Certificates).

 Experience:  0 to 3 years - Both Fresher’s and Experienced candidates are eligible.

 Skill set required:-  

 

1. Excellent English Communication Skills with neutral accent.

2. Immediate joiners are preferred.

3. Willing to Work in Night Shifts.

4. No Outstanding Backlogs.

Selection Procedure:-

HCL is selecting the candidates who are having Excellent English communication, (because the candidates need to interact with US clients).  HCL will be conducting 2 rounds of Interview to check your English Communication.

1st Round: HR Round:  The HR will provide an Individual Topic to check your Communication Skill. 

2nd Round: Versant Round: Versant is a completely automated test of spoken English that enables you to ensure applicants and employees have the level of spoken English language skills necessary for any job.

If you clear the 2nd round, HCL HR will be providing you the Confirmation Letter on the same day. 

Salary Package: 

1) 2.5 LPA – 4 LPA(Compensation will vary based on the relevant documents and qualification).

2) 1.6LPA – 2LPAfor Semi Voice.

Agreement: 1Year.
