To support the innovators community, who are working on novel and innovative projects, Gujarat Technological University (GTU) has started series of Patent Clinic programme. Where by any student or faculty who are working on really innovative project (either finished or ongoing) may participate and learn for Patent filing processes.
GTU will provide full assistance to file patens, by student and faculty for their innovative projects. Patent Clinic is a Two days’ workshop to provide assistance for patent learning, searching and drafting. During these two days’ workshop, on Day-1 intensive Patent search will be done with help of experts. On Day-2, whosoever's invention is novel one, drafting and filing of provisional/complete application will be done with help of experts.
Participants do not have to pay any fees to GTU for taking part in to this programme.
