We have urgent Requirement for BPO Executives with one of our MNC Client-Voice
Position: - Technical Support Executive
Salary: - Upto 1.5 Lacs/Annum + incentives + Other Benefits
Shifts: - Rotational Shifts( Night Shifts )
Qualification: - Any Graduate( Freshers / Experienced)
Purs Final yr Graduation through correspondence are also eligible
Candidates who are pursuing regular course are not eligible
BE/BTech/MCA should be willing to sign a bond of 2yrs
Job Profile:
Handling US Calls
Mandatory Skills:-
Basic Technical Knowledge.
Flexibility to work in different shifts.
Should be a good team player.
Excellent written and verbal Communication skills.
Interview Rounds:-
1. Preliminary HR round
2. Online Test
3. Voice & Accent round
4. Operation round
