§ Drive the knowledge centre of the organization
§ Help the users maximize value from the comprehensive SaaS offering for telematics from Geotrackers
§ Identify key process parameters for different industries
§ Map improvement in key process parameters attributable to use of Geotrackers
§ Generate industry white papers, case studies, client testimonials documenting improvement in operational parameters.
§ Drive generation of detailed & crisp insights based on user behaviour, market trends and macro environment (competitors / complements / substitutes)
§ Be updated on all similar / competitive apps globally and identify trends in mobile experiences / products that Geotrackers needs to embrace.
§ Periodically conduct detailed product benchmarking & feature evaluation exercises.
§ Provide training at customer site as well as through team viewer on the Geotrackers Vehicle Tracking Platform
§ Identify key process parameters for different industries
§ Resolve technical queries related to vehicle tracking reports & alerts
§ Assist sales team in pre-sales and post sales product demo, training, consultations.

§ Strong technical understanding

§ Excellent skills in MsExcel - Sort, Filter, V-Lookup, H-Lookup, Pivot Tables, Page Set-Up etc
