This is to apprise you that ZS Associates is planning to conduct an Off- Campus recruitment drive for the below role offered at ZS with the video JD link
Students who find themselves appropriate with the attached JD can apply through the below mentioned form by 18th April 12:00 PM.
The Online exam will be conducted on campus within this week.
1. Business Technology Analyst (Technology Analyst)
These videos will help students understand the role and enable them make an informed decision of the role they wish to apply for. The students can select the role they wish to apply for once the online test starts. We would not be able to make any changes to the roles once the test is attempted.
We do understand that many students from 2018batch, would have already been placed with different organizations. If the students are still interested in exploring these roles with ZS and we will be happy to extend an invitation to participate in the recruitment drive and subsequently, it would be great if you could help me with students’ details in the enclosed excel format latest by 18th April 2018.
Eligibility Criteria:
· BE/ B.Tech (Any stream)
· Percentage Cut-off: 65% (6.5 CGPA) and above & 7 and above in 10th, 12th

We are looking for candidates who are very organized, methodical and have a process execution focus. They should be comfortable with cyclical tasks and working in a team environment. The candidate should have excellent detail orientation, analytical & communication skills.
Interview Process- The online test round will be conducted 2-3 days prior to the drive. On the day of the recruitment event, we will be conducting case round, EBI & fit round.
1. Online Test - Scrutinizing the data (shared by college) and sharing the link for online test with eligible students.
2. Case Round – Online test cleared students should be prepared to analyze a business case. It will involve understanding the client issues and proposing an approach to address the issues.
3. EBI Round - Resume Probe. Candidates should be prepared to solve some puzzles, guesstimates, structured and unstructured problems.
4. Fit Round – Candidates will have an opportunity to meet with one of the ZS principals’ to discuss growth opportunities, career path and ZS vision in general.
