As discussed with you, we have made a minor change in our plan. Instead of starting the process on 31st July, we will now be starting on 1st August itself.
Our panel will reach the campus at 7:45am, and we will start with the presentation at 8am. This will be followed by the written test, and interviews on the same day. We will complete the process by the end of the day.
PFA the list of short listed students. There are total 121 students short listed for the written test. Students are requested to be at the location 30 mins prior to the scheduled time. .

All arrangements have been made for your campus visit on 31st July Sunday and 1st August Monday. All the applicants will be assembling by 5.00 pm for PPT. I would like to suggest that the Written test also be conducted on 31st evening itself after the PPT. This helps us in correcting the papers and getting the shortlist by 31st night. The Interviews can be started early on 1st August Monday morning. This is just a suggestion. Pl. look at.

Hello Prof. Rao,
As discussed with you, we plan to conduct the hiring process on 31st July, and 1st August. Our team of 5 people plan to arrive at your college at 6:00 pm on 31st July 2011 for the presentation. On 1st August, we will start the process at 8:30 am with the written test, followed by interviews for the short listed students. We will complete the process on the same day.
We understand that you have blocked a room to accommodate short listed students for the presentation and written test. We request you to make necessary arrangements
(e.g. mic, projector, etc) for the presentation, and 3 rooms for interviews. We will not require guest house accommodation during our stay at Warangal.
Students are requested to be at the location 30 mins prior to the scheduled time. Kindly inform them to bring 2 copies of their resume and a passport size photograph for the test.
