Important: Lab Quiz (3)

Dear All, 

I hope you are doing great.

This week only a lab quiz will take place during the sessions.

You will take the papers from my office or Nasr's office right before your slot.

Also you need to have a printed list of  the student names.

You will grade the quiz inside the lab and tick besides the student name in the list that he/she solved the question correctly or not.

Also the students have to submit their answers on the MET website after finishing it during the lab.

Further details will be sent to you later today insh'ALLAH.

Dear All, 

For those who have their labs on Wednesday or Thursday (off days because of the elections):

Wednesday (23/5) labs will take place on Saturday (26/5) and Thursday (24/5) labs will take place on Sunday (27/5) in the same time and same rooms isA.

Dear All,

Quiz updates as received from Nasr:

First, the quizzes have been printed and they are in the cupboard in Nasr's office. Ordered by version:

Version 1: Sunday 1st

Version 2: Sunday 2nd

Version 3: Sunday 4th

Version 4: Sunday 5th

Please take 25 and leave the rest of your version.

Second, In the lab, go in with a list of students and check the ones that submit it when you see their work on the computer. Let them submit by sending you the solution to your email, with an appropriate title so that you can differentiate them.

Third, the duration of the quiz is 30 minutes. Please try to be synchronized when there are parallel sessions. Do the quiz in two halves: half the student first and when the time is over put them at the back of the lab and and let the others enter, and only after that let the old ones leave. Do not allow anyone to enter in the second half, if they are late, because there is a good possibility they told each other of the topic then. Inform the second half of that at the beginning, so that they know that they should not come late.

My previous email is concerned with tomorrow Sunday (20/5).

@Doha, the same process should be followed in all the other days including Saturday isA. 

The only difference will be in the quiz versions.
