INTERVIEW PROCESS:
a) In campus (During Drive):
- Prescreening-I by group discussion
- SQL prescreening-II (for shortlisted candidates from GD):
- Time: 30 minutes
- Test pattern: Written (Candidates will be asked to write SQL queries)
Shortlisted candidates will be called to the company for further rounds (Details will be sent to the shortlisted students. Shortlisted candidates are requested to be available for one more week to finish the entire interview process)
b) In company:
- Online test - 100 mins - Aptitude, RDBMS, Communication (Candidates to get 60% to go to next level)
- Technical Interview to evaluate candidates on the RDBMS skills
- HR/Behavioral Interview that evaluates candidates for technical, communication and behavioral skills
SKILL SET:
- Knowledge of SQL and RDBMS concepts compulsory
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Sound aptitude, outstanding logical reasoning and analytical skills
- Willingness to take initiatives and assume leadership roles
- Willingness to travel
JOB PROFILE:
- Candidates will undergo a 3 month training program for Business Intelligence - The Systech Boot Camp. This program includes class room participation, lab exercises, project simulations and real-world apprenticeship.
- On successful completion of training one shall be responsible for, but not limited to implement BI solutions, execute different stages of project life-cycle, work in a team and communicate with clients.
Note: 1.This includes a 3 YEAR BOND.
2. Candidates those who have attended in last 5 months are NOT ELIGIBLE.
