Fresh / Experience: 0-6 months of Exp in international voice process
B.E/ B.Tech /Degree / Diploma with basic domain knowledge in Networking concepts. Must have outstanding WRITTEN AND VERBAL ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Shifts details : Rotational night shifts (US Time Zones)

Designation : Support Engineer
Package : 1.9 lakhs - 2 lakhs per annum
Responsibilities: Handling US customers and troubleshooting their technical queries over phone.
Must meet or exceed individual performance goals and metrics focused on providing superior Business support
