Detailed Job Description:

• Strong experience in software Quality Assurance test plan and test case generation.

• Excellent testing skills and experience with product / software development processes, for browser-based applications, client/server application.

• Strong SQL and RDBMS skills – able to generate complex queries.

Associate Manager - Software Engineering

Technical expertise on mobile / web technologies like HTML 5 / JQuery / Backbone.js / iOS or Android platform is must.

Experience: 8 to 12 years

R&R 

This will be a techno managerial position with hands on experience using mobile & web technologies. 

Should provide technical & functional guidance to the team at the capacity of driving the destined business goals and managing team goals by co-ordinating / interacting with cross functional teams. 

Key Competencies 

• Individual with minimal 8 to 10 years of relevant experience leading teams of size between 10 & 15.
  
• Have exposure to orchestrate technical and functional design by discussing with architects and tech leads, prioritize and help product management for predicting right delivery commitments, 
  
• Good exposure to agile & esp. scrum process will be an advantage. 
  
• Having good troubleshooting skills with track record to solve customer problems by identifying and performing root cause analysis (esp. on mobile applications)

The Role:

3 - 8 Years of Strong Oracle Ebusiness Suite and Database Administration experience.

The successful candidate should have the following experience:

Oracle Ebusiness Suite: 11.5.10 / R12.2

Installation, Patching, custom code migration, cloning, Maintenance

Strong knowledge on Concurrent manager and Application administration and troubleshooting.

Database :  11g/12c  RAC and non RAC

Strong knowledge of Installation, Patching, cloning, RMAN, Standby/ DR, Performance tunning, RAC on linux.

Strong in Database administration and troubleshooting skills.

Good Experience utilizing Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c  for monitoring and management of databases.

Set up and maintain documentation and standards. 

Good Linux knowledge.

Good knowledge on Shell scripting.

Ability to work independently with little supervision.

Should also be a strong team player. Able to work in groups when required.

Need to have  24/7 customer facing experience including working off-shift hours (nights and weekends); on-call rotation, etc.
