Requisition for the change of Alumni Meet date - regarding

Dear Mam,

 

Greetings !

 

I thank you for inviting us for the Alumni Meet held on 7^th July 2014 (Monday).

 

It would be great if you can reconsider the date because most of us won’t be able to avail leave on Monday.

 

We prefer having the Alumni Meet to be held on some week end.

 

Please consider my request if the situation favors.
