Position: QA Engineer (Automation)
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Duration: Long Term (18+ Months)
Responsibilities:
• Design and development of test planning, test
specification, test automation framework.
• Work with Business and product management teams for review
of Business Requirements, Functional Specification and Technical design
documents
• Communicate project and testing status to internal and
external teams
• Understand the internal and external software
development/release processes
• Perform root cause analysis to identify problems in design
and/or implementation
• Submit, Regress and Verify defects
Required Skills:
• 4-5 years of experience in Software QA with focus on
Integration and Web Applications/System base components testing.
• 4-5 years of implementing test cases using any test
management tool.
• Should have hands-on experience in Web Services and UI
automation testing.
• Experience in SOAPUI or IBM Green Hat and QTP is a must.
• Experience in Database testing using Oracle and SQL skills.
• Strong troubleshooting background.
• Hands-on experience with white box and grey box testing,
automation testing, continuous integration and script languages such as
JavaScript and Perl is preferred.
• Proficient in Test Planning and test case writing and
designing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
