Sorry for disturbing you again and again.

As you all aware that the dept. of cse going for Accreditation by National
Board of Accreditation. For that we need some supporting documents. We need
your help in this regard.

I know everyone busy with your schedule. Kindly i request you to spare few
minutes for sending the following details.



*1. Dear friends alumni details on line available **http://mec​csalumni.6

fill up the online. This year alumni Day celebrate on 26th May 2012**.*

*2. Copy Offer Letter, if you have soft copy of offer letter just forward
to my mail id, otherwise please send the scanned copy of offer letters. We
don’t have any of your offer letters, this will support our accreditation
process.*

*3. Copy Admission card - Those who have admitted in foreign universities
and also Indian universities. We need to show them how many of our students
are doing/finished higher studies and keep the supporting document. *

*4. Copy of TOEFL / GRE / Gate Score cards - *

this will help a lot for the accreditation process. Kindly I request you to
spare few minutes to send the documents for your college/faculty/HOD.*
