As of May 25 2018, the privacy laws in Europe have changed and the General Data Protection Regulation (or GDPR) is now in effect. To support this change, we have updated our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. These updates are part of HackerEarth’s ongoing effort to provide transparency and safeguard your privacy.

What's changed?

• Nothing about the type of data that HackerEarth collects and how it uses this data has changed. HackerEarth does not share your data with anyone for any purpose without your consent, except for the specific reasons listed in our Privacy Policy.
• We have updated our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service to make it easier for you to understand what data we collect and what it's used for.
• It is important that you understand and comply with the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This includes how we store, process, and delete personal data. Learn more, here.

These updates will automatically come into effect for all existing users on May 25 2018. Your continued use of our products from this day will be subject to these updates, and therefore, we encourage you to read and understand our policies.
