This is to inform all the students of CSE & IT 7th sem that second/ final defense of minor project is scheduled on 4th Nov 2106..
The following are the guide lines of it:
1. Complete working project is to be shown on the scheduled date.
2. The students are required to prepare a 10 min presentation along with a  project file(spiral) in the specified format.
3. Project report must be signed by the respective project guides at least one day before the scheduled date of minor project.
4. Project report should be in spiral binding (50-80 pages) as per the project report format.After making the corrections as suggested by the experts on 4th Nov 2016 , students should submit hard bond report of the project by 15th Nov 2016 for HOD's Signatures.
5.    You all should be dressed formally.
6.    The reporting time is  9:30 am sharp . Everyone has to mark their attendance before 10:00 am. No one is allowed for the viva if came after 10:00 am.
7.    The viva would be conducted as per the groups in the panels. The list of rooms for the panels would be mailed soon.

PLEASE CHANGE FROM IT TO CSE IN PROJECT REPORT FORMAT
Kindly check the attached list of project name allotted to them and the minor project report format.
