Refer trail mail.

All the mentors of the current session ( Jan 2015 - May 2015) are required to get the mentor-mentee forms duly filled and completed - Part 1 to 5 from their students in softcopy as per the format attached.

The completed and consolidated data in soft copy has to be submitted to the program manager (Ms Divanshi Wangoo) before  20  April 2015.

Ms Divanshi - Kindly liaise with the Mentors and get it completed in time.
