URGENT: Regarding Academic Probation and Warning Undertaking forms

​Dear Students,

Find attached list of students who have to submit the undertaking form (mentioned against their name in list attached) by tuesday, 07-10-2014.

Its urgently required so keep it on priority. 

Some of you have already collected it from undersigned, rest take printout of it from soft copy attached and submit it immediately after holidays.

** Find attached required forms in soft copy, take its printout and submit it after holidays.

** Form for Provisionally Promoted is same as of Academic Probation.
