Dear All

Please find a enclosed a list of students under two categories of defaulter towards payment of Bus Fees:

a)   Students from whom the Fees is due for the current semester although they are travelling regularly by office hired buses.

b)   Students who are absolutely using the bus services unauthorizedly.

Kindly advise the students of your Institute/School to pay the Fee for the current semester before  March 20, 2015. Also kindly advise those students to desist from travelling by office bus without payment. They may pay the Bus fees and travel till the last teaching day.

Surprise checks will be conducted and action taken as deemed fit if the students do not adhere to the above instruction with immediate effect.
