The schedule of Major Project Presentation and Viva is attached herewith. You are advised to strictly follow the schedule and report timely. Out of schedule presentations are not permitted and will be penalized in terms of marks.    

Further more you must  come in formal dress and bring your laptops. All of the three copies must be signed by your supervisors as well as Head of Department.
