Job Description:

 

l  This is a front-line sales position. The primary role would be, acquisition of customers for CASA(Current Account & Saving Account) from the local market.

l  Field work to be done within 10 KMS from the branch allocated .

l  Responsible for driving business, achieving monthly sales targets and acquiring new customers.

l  Prospecting for new customers through existing leads and cold calling and maximizing lead generation.

l  Timely execution of all sales activities leads, campaigns, referrals & any self generated leads.

l  Tracking and reporting sales performance including pipeline, acquisition results and market conditions.

l  Set appointments, listen to customer needs and sell most appropriate product.

l  Researches and understands prospects before making the call.

l  Ensures all applications are fully and accurately completed, and submitted properly.
