Dear Tutors of all branches

A GENTLE REMINDER......

This information is to the respective tutors of the B.Tech, M.Tech & MCA students who are attending the Graduation ceremony'2016 by indicating the following points...

1) Once again inform all the students who are coming for the graduation ceremoy'2016 that the registration time is between 8.30 to 9.30...All the registration counters will be closed by exactly 9.30 and no students will be allowed to collect their robes after that..
 (During registration time itself tutors should inform the students that robes must be returned at the respective counter before 2.30pm)

2) Tutors should strictly instruct the students that they should dress-up with robes immediately after registration & Get occupied on their allotted seats before 09.45 itself..

3)  After registration, the tutors should sit with their respective batch

​until the

 commencement of the academic procession (by 10.45)

​ starts and later with them till the program is over​

... It's their duty to ensure the discipline of the students during the rehearsal time period (10.00 to 10.30) and during the common announcements to the students..

4) All the students must be informed that the entry of parents to the auditorium will be closed by 10.30.

5) After the end the official activities in the stage (by 01.30 pm), tutors should make sure that the students should gather at the stage for their class's group photo when batch name has been called for group photo..

6) Tutors should collect the robes back & distribute the food coupon before 2.30pm to avoid the delay in food serving & bus departure etc..

Let's all join together and cooperate each other for proper flow of Graduation Ceremony.
